  • Deposit Included: $1,500 of the room price is a non-refundable deposit; see below for cancellation policies

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  • If you cancel more than 60 days from the retreat (before October 5th), we can grant you a full refund less your non-refundable deposit of $1500.

  • If you cancel within 60 days of the retreat (after October 5th), we cannot grant you any refund.

  • In the event you cancel, you can use the price you paid (less the non-refundable deposit) towards a future retreat or private coaching.

  • The deposit is not refundable for any reason.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOULCATION CANCELS:

If Soulcation cancels the retreat, you will get a full refund for the amount you paid for the retreat price or you can choose to save your payment as credit towards a future retreat or private coaching.

However Soulcation is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, extended lodging, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

No one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things do happen, so please consider purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Depending on the policy and conditions, travel cancellation insurance will pay for some or all cancellation fees. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.
